Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive qualified for the role of Accounts Payable & Tax Compliance Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes, vendor management, taxation compliances, and import/export transactions. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, accounting principles, and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests accurately and within timelines.
- Manage vendor account reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate AP records.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Verify tax calculations and maintain compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in GST return preparation, reconciliations, and audits.
- Support direct tax compliance activities and assessments.





Import & Export Documentation
- Review and maintain import/export-related invoices, shipping documents, and statutory records.
- Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Track and reconcile import/export transactions.

Accounting & Reporting
- Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and vendor reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate MIS reports and financial data for management review.

Key Requirements

-Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
-2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Tax Compliance
-Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (Mandatory)
-Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
-Exposure to Import & Export accoun
