responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and stability of the corporate superannuation fund technology service. This role encompasses managing day-to-day activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving platform performance and supporting the business with key processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Incident response for production hosted environments
- Monitor and support production systems; resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support and execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production environments following change management processes
- Coordinate between operations, business teams, delivery teams, and external vendors facilitate service restoration and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
