SkillsBee Academy is Kerala's first and only dedicated Amazon selling training institute, based in Kozhikode under Techfuge Business Solutions. We offer hands-on, agency-based courses in Amazon selling — Amazon Selling Plus (online) and Amazon Selling Prime (offline, at our Kozhikode training center) — preparing students for genuine, practical careers in e-commerce.

SkillsBee is scaling fast right now, and building a strong bench of future sales talent is central to that growth. The Launchpad Program is how we do that — a structured, fast-moving path for freshers to break into a real career, not just take a job.

Why This Role Exists

This is a launchpad, built to do exactly what the name says: take someone with no prior sales experience and, in three focused months, turn them into a confirmed, full-time Junior Executive with real skills and real ownership. SkillsBee is scaling admissions aggressively, and this program is how we build the next generation of talent to drive that growth — trained properly from day one, evaluated fairly,



and promoted on merit.
