WHAT YOU WILL DO

✓
Model glass and aluminium facade systems with full technical accuracy — correct system logic, joint geometry, fixings, tolerances, and structure interfaces, not just envelope shapes

✓
Produce shop drawings and fabrication outputs that a manufacturer can use directly — dimensioned correctly, toleranced appropriately, with all necessary notes and schedules

✓
Handle complex facade geometries parametrically using Rhino and Grasshopper — panelisation logic, geometric rationalisation, and fabrication-driven outputs

✓
Coordinate your facade model within the wider BIM workplace — clash detection, interface management, and issue resolution across disciplines

✓
Work directly with architects, structural engineers,



and fabrication partners — contributing technically in design and coordination meetings

✓
Generate panel schedules, material take-offs, and cutting lists directly from the model

✓
Maintain documentation that can be checked, audited, and handed over without ambiguity

Must-have

Revit and ACC for BIM coordination

Proven knowledge of glass and aluminium facade systems — demonstrable from real project experience, not theory

Ability to read, produce, and speak to facade fabrication and shop drawings in detail

Experience with at least one major system type — curtain wall, unitised, ACP, or equivalent

Rhino and Grasshopper — working proficiency

AutoCAD for 2D production drawing

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
