Job Description Authorized Person (AP) & Business Associate Operations Executive

Job Summary

The AP & Business Associate Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Authorized Person (AP) registration, referral empanelment, business associate brokerage calculations, and maintaining compliance with exchange requirements. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely processing, and coordination with exchanges and front desk team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Verify Authorized Person (AP) registration documents to ensure compliance with the requirements prescribed by the respective exchanges.
2. Conduct screening and due diligence of individuals applying for AP registration in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
3. Prepare and process AP registration applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate before uploading them to the exchange portal upon receipt of the applicable processing fees and security deposit.
4.



Coordinate with the Front Desk team by providing timely updates and confirmations regarding AP registration status.
5. Review and verify empanelment documents for distribution products submitted under the referral program to ensure completeness and compliance.
6. Perform screening and due diligence of referral partners as per organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Process Introducing Broker (IB) commission/brokerage calculations for all business associates accurately and within defined timelines.
8. Verify IB brokerage reports after processing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before finalization.
9. Update Authorized Person client data with the respective exchanges and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
