Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and introduce company products or services.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending responses.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Generate and qualify leads and forward interested prospects to the concerned team.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare daily call reports and update the CRM/system.
- Maintain professional communication and valuable customer relationships.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
