About the Position

Dehaati Gramothan Vikas Samiti (DGVS) is looking for experienced and result-oriented MIS Managers for its DDU-GKY Skill Development Programme 2.0 – Program Cell.

The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing programme data, MIS systems, reporting, dashboards, data validation and performance monitoring for DDU-GKY programme activities being implemented across different states of India.





The position will be based at the official office in Lucknow and will coordinate with State, District, Project Implementing Agency (PIA) and field-level teams as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain programme-level MIS for DDU-GKY 2.0.
- Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse state-wise programme data.
- Maintain candidate, mobilization, training, assessment, certification and placement data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and management MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards and performance reports.
- Monitor programme targets and KPIs across different states.
- Identify data gaps, discrepancies and inconsistencies and coordinate for timely correction.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for programme review meetings.
- Coordinate with State Teams, PIAs, training centres and field teams for MIS-related requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per programme requirements.
