Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, courteous, and qualified manner.
- Set up and maintain tables, service areas, and restaurant outlets as per standards.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Follow proper sequence of service and established F&B; service standards.
- Check guest satisfaction during and after service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Process or coordinate guest bills and payments accurately when required.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and daily specials.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, stewarding, front office, and other departments.




- Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Support the team during busy periods, banquets, events, and special functions.
- Ensure responsible handling of company property, equipment, and guest belongings.
