We specialize in supplying high-quality quartz surfaces to architects, interior designers, modular kitchen studios, and retail dealers. Job Summary Eternal Quartz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience in interior materials, particularly tiles, marble, granite, or quartz. The candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, generating sales, and expanding the companys market presence in the premium segment. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development • Identify and develop current business opportunities in assigned territory. • Meet HNI architects, interior designers, modular kitchen studios, and retail dealers. • Generate project-based and retail sales orders.



• Expand dealer network and maintain strong relationships. 2. Client Relationship Management • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients. • Build long-term relationships with architects and interior studios. • Ensure repeat business and consistent order flow. • Handle client queries, pricing discussions, and negotiations. 3. Sales & Target Achievement • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. • Monitor pipeline and conversion ratios. • Coordinate with operations/logistics team for smooth order execution. 4. Reporting & Tracking Maintain detailed records of: • Weekly sales activities • Monthly revenue reports • Quarterly performance reviews • Submit regular MIS reports to management. • Track market trends and competitor activities. 5.
