*Preparation of Daily production report*

*Manpower planning & line setup as per plan*

*Handling of manpower in all aspects like production, leave etc*

*Ensure to follow production process as per SOP*

*SOP/ WI preparation for each station*

*Daily production floor management in all aspects*

*Preparation of Corrective actions for final inspection failure*

*Daily rejection analysis and reporting to manager*

*Defect samples keeping for training purpose*

*Preparation of Training slides / Material as per plan*

*Training plan & execution based on all processes*

*Training to line leader to create backup on floor*

*5S implementation on floor*

*Kaizen identification & implementation in processes*

*Productivity (Plan Vs Production)*

*Efficiency (Capacity Vs Production)*

*Minimum Process Rework*

*No failure in final inspection*

*30 Mins training/ Week for every manpower*

*Implementation of 5S & Kaizen on floor*
