About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience who can drive lead generation, paid campaigns, and digital growth across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating quality B2B leads, managing paid advertisements, and tracking campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach and lead-generation campaigns.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Research target audiences, industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies.
- Maintain and manage lead databases and ensure proper follow-up with the sales team.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.




- Identify new digital channels and opportunities for lead generation.
- Work closely with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Required Skills
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust experience in B2B lead generation through LinkedIn.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of campaign targeting, optimization, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make campaign-based decisions.
- Proactive approach with a focus on lead generation and measurable results.

Good to Have
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, software, or service-based companies.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management syste
