Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end wedding planning and execution, from initial client discussions to event closure.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, themes, and expectations and translate them into a seamless wedding experience.
- Plan and coordinate wedding timelines, ceremonies, dcor, entertainment, logistics, hospitality, and guest experiences.
- Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, venues, and other event partners.
- Ensure timely execution and coordination of all wedding-related deliverables.
- Supervise on-ground event execution and resolve last-minute operational challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event flow.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a premium client experience throughout the planning and execution process.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets, vendor costs, quotations, and expenses.
- Ensure events are delivered within the approved budget and timelines without compromising quality.
- Conduct venue visits,



vendor meetings, rehearsals, and pre-event planning meetings as required.
- Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ensure the wedding is executed according to the agreed theme, design, quality standards, and client expectations.
