sales, account management, and customer relationships actually work in a growing business

This is not an internship where you will simply observe from the sidelines. You will learn the process, work alongside the team, interact with prospects and customers, and gradually take ownership of real responsibilities.
What You Will Learn & Do
During the internship, you will learn the complete sales and account-management lifecycle, including:
- Understanding AstraAgent's products, customers, and value proposition
- Learning how we identify and qualify prospective customers
- Supporting prospect outreach and follow-ups
- Learning how discovery conversations and product presentations are conducted
- Maintaining accurate prospect and customer information in the CRM
- Following up with prospects and customers in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting onboarding and ongoing customer relationships
- Understanding customer requirements, questions, and challenges
- Building strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Coordinating internally to help resolve customer requirements
- Learning how opportunities move from prospecting to conversion and then into long-term account management
- Tracking conversations, follow-ups, opportunities, and account activity

own customer relationships and accounts
