Job Title: Tele-Calling Executive (Domestic/International)

Responsibilities:
- To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Lead Generation Using Tools/Biding portals like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru etc.
- To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients over the phone.
- Data Mining & Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
- Creating and sending E-mail, What’s App & SMS campaigns.
- Manage and track leads and prospects in a CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly call targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Participating in Industrial Exhibitions, Events, and other publicity events.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up to date on our products and services.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tele-callings in B2B and B2C Segment.
- Experience in the Software domain,



preferably in a cloud-based platform with the SaaS model.
- Should be comfortable making cold calls and talking to recent people all day.
- Experience in the ERP domain will be value-added.
- Thorough understanding/appreciation of software product/service sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Languages: Gujarati, Hindi & English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
