Job Overview

We are looking for a
detail-oriented Assistant Accountant
to support day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and expense records.
- Perform accounting entries in
BUSY/Tally
.
- Handle
Accounts Payable & Receivable
and supplier/customer ledgers.
- Prepare
bank and ledger reconciliations
.
- Assist in




GST, GSTR-2B reconciliation
, and statutory records.
- Prepare outstanding and basic MIS reports.
- Support monthly accounts closing and audits.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Management for accounting-related matters.

Qualification & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance
or equivalent.
- 1–2 years’ accounting experience
, preferably in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of
BUSY/Tally, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting
.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
