Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to manage HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, manpower planning, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance for an automobile dealership in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Candidates with automobile dealership HR experience are mandatory. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to managing manpower across Automobile Sales, Service, Workshop, Spare Parts, Body Shop, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and support departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR Operations for an automobile dealership.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for Sales, Service, Workshop, Parts, and administrative positions.




- Prepare and execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Coordinate with department heads for automobile dealership manpower requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and leave records.
- Ensure labour law compliance and statutory compliance.
- Monitor employee performance, absenteeism, attrition, and retention.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Manage recruitment consultants, job portals, placement agencies, and other hiring vendors.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, manpower reports, and attrition reports.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and company guidelines.
- Support management in improving employee productivity and workforce efficiency.
