About the Role

Voltaire Power Systems LLP is an industrial manufacturing company specializing in Servo Voltage Stabilizers, APFC Panels, Isolation Transformers and LT Panels. We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage day-to-day coordination with customers and prospects.

The role involves handling incoming enquiries, coordinating quotations, following up with customers, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, production and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to sales enquiries received through Google, WhatsApp, phone calls, email and referrals.
- Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team for suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices and other commercial documents.




- Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotations, negotiations and order status.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Track enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
- Coordinate with production and management regarding order status, delivery schedules and dispatches.
- Coordinate with customers for purchase orders, advance payments and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and sales activities in the company's CRM/system.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly and fulfilled on time.
- Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain qualified and timely communication with customers throughout the sales process.
