About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our team. You’ll be working on Reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, brand stories and other social media content for Chhapai & Chhapai Lab.

If you enjoy playing around with cuts, music, transitions, text and visuals and have a good eye for what makes a video compelling, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and brand content
- Turn raw footage into engaging, well-paced videos
- Add music, sound effects, text, transitions and basic motion graphics
- Work with the marketing and creative team on content ideas
- Edit product, behind-the-scenes and campaign videos
- Keep up with current Instagram trends and editing styles
- Help maintain a consistent visual style across our content
- Organise footage and deliver videos within timelines





What We're Looking For
- 1 year+ experience preferred, but freshers are absolutely welcome
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar software
- Good understanding of Reels and short-form content
- A good eye for visuals, pacing and music
- Willingness to experiment and learn
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Most importantly, creative thinking and a genuine interest in making good content

Bonus Points ✨
- Basic After Effects / motion graphics knowledge
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience shooting Reels
- Interest in fashion, design, luxury, branding or lifestyle content
- A portfolio or personal projects that show your editing skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
