About the Role

Experience - 1-2 years

We are looking for a creative and research-oriented UI/UX Designer & Software Researcher who can design clean, minimal, and user-friendly interfaces while also conducting research to identify the right features, requirements, and design approaches for our digital products.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of UI/UX design, competitor analysis, market research, and software/product research.

Key Responsibilities
- Create minimal, professional, and user-friendly UI/UX designs based on project requirements.
- Design interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and dashboards.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into effective user interface designs.
- Research and identify the necessary features and functionalities required for web and dashboard projects.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to understand industry trends, design patterns, and features.
- Perform market research to identify user expectations, emerging trends,



and opportunities for product improvement.
- Research existing software and digital products to identify useful features and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure designs are practical and technically feasible.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs as required.
- Test designs and user flows to identify usability issues and suggest improvements.
- Continuously explore new design trends, tools, software, and technologies relevant to our projects.
