- 10 - 15 years of experience in electronics/hardware project management
- Strong understanding of complete product development lifecycle:
- Requirements Architecture Schematic PCB Firmware Integration Prototype Validation Production
- Good understanding of embedded firmware/software development lifecycle and system integration activities
- Hands-on exposure to PCB design workflows, BOM management, hardware validation, and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience managing complex hardware programs, multi-board systems, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong skills in project planning, schedule management, cost control, risk management, and change management
- Experience working with EMS vendors, fabrication houses, component suppliers, and external test labs
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance workflows:
- UL, IEC,



CE certification processes
- Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management, customer communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complete product execution involving hardware, firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams

Valuable to Have
- Experience in Industrial, Automotive, BMS, Power Electronics, IoT, or Consumer Electronics domains
- Exposure to embedded systems, wireless technologies, or connected products
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Project Management certification
- Experience handling globally distributed engineering teams and external partners
- SAFe Agile certification or experience working in SAFe Agile delivery environments would be an added advantage
