Data Science Intern (Python, Statistics, Machine Learning)

Medinex Workforce is seeking a Data Science Intern to assist with analytical projects involving data preparation, exploratory analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning concepts. This role is intended for candidates who want to apply academic knowledge to practical data problems in a remote project setting.

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 1–3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and organize datasets for analysis

* Perform exploratory analysis to identify patterns and relationships

* Assist with statistical analysis and data interpretation

* Support the development and evaluation of basic machine learning models

* Create visualizations to communicate analytical findings

* Document experiments, assumptions, and project observations

* Assist with data validation and preprocessing activities

* Collaborate with technical team members on data-focused assignments

Qualifications

* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science,



Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

* Basic understanding of Python programming

* Familiarity with fundamental statistics and data analysis

* Exposure to Pandas, NumPy, or visualization libraries is beneficial

* Academic or personal data science projects are welcome
