Roles and Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including chat, email, and voice.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Stay updated with process changes and updates to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
- Experience in international blended processes, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
- Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ecommerce chat, blended, and voice processes is an added advantage.
