Job Description – Civil Site Engineer (Water, Wastewater, STP Industry)

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil works, quantity assessment, BBS at project sites as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work quality, safety, and timely execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Quantity measurements, billing, prepare work progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, excavation, and structural works.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing teams for integrated project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain records of material consumption, work completion, and site activities.
- Support project handover and completion documentation.





Eligibility Criteria

Education:
- Diploma Civil or I.T.I in Construction/Quantity Surveyor.

Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or EPC projects.
- Experience in STP/WTP/ETP, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Knowledge of survey instruments such as auto level, total station etc.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
