Position Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to coordinate between customers, sales teams, production, quality, purchase, and dispatch departments. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, production follow-up, delivery schedules, documentation, and ensuring timely execution of orders as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities :-

Coordinate with customers regarding orders, specifications, drawings, samples, and delivery requirements as merchantdiser.

Follow up on production progress and ensure orders are completed within the committed timeline .

Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the purchase/stores team.

Track samples, approvals, modifications, and customer feedback.

Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection and approval of finished products.

Prepare and maintain customer-related documents, order reports, and production status reports as merchantdiser.

Follow up on packing,



dispatch, shipping documents, and delivery status.

Communicate delays, quality issues, or production challenges to management and customers.

Handle customer queries and provide regular order status updates as Merchantdiser.

Maintain proper records of customer orders, specifications, samples, and dispatch details.

Support export documentation and coordination with logistics teams, if applicable.

Qualifications :-

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience :-

Experience in a manufacturing/export-oriented company, preferably in engineering products, hand tools, auto components, industrial products, blades, or similar manufacturing sectors.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
