Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing leads on behalf of multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to close sales/appointments over the phone. You'll be managing lead flow for different businesses simultaneously, so multitasking and quick adaptability across client requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads for multiple clients across different industries (clinics, hospitality, and others)
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the relevant product/service for each client
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond to leads promptly
- Understand each client's business and tailor conversations accordingly
- Close sales/bookings/appointments over the phone and achieve targets set for each client
- Maintain accurate, client-wise records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Follow up consistently with prospective leads to convert them into confirmed sales/appointments




- Coordinate with the internal team to stay updated on each client's offers, pricing, and requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (preferred)
- Strong ability to close sales/leads through phone conversations
- Valuable attitude, patience, and confidence while handling multiple types of customers
- Ability to manage and switch between multiple clients/accounts smoothly
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)

Work Details
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Work Arrangement: Work From Office
- Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and interview performance)
