About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, and SMO. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.

The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and supporting overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Plan and execute SEM campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copy, bidding, and budget optimization.




- Manage SMO and social media marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Develop strategies to increase social media reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaigns.
- Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
