We are seeking an adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to work directly alongside the Project Head in a lean, two-person central office setup. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, site execution tracking, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office administration for ongoing HDD and Microtunneling infrastructure projects.

Experience - 4 to 6 years in Infrastructure, Sewerage / Tunneling experience Preferred

Education Mandatory - B.Tech / B.E. Civil (Mandatory)

Education Preference - M.Tech (Project Management)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Coordination
- Track and monitor daily project milestones, timelines, and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for HDD and MT sites.
- Coordinate regularly with in office engineers, drilling crew, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
- Facilitate material procurement and site logistics,



including drilling fluids (bentonite/polymers), reamers, drill pipes, casing pipes (MS/HDPE), and spare parts.
- Prepare, verify, and organize project documentation, including Running Account (RA) bills, client measurement sheets, work orders, and completion certificates.
- Assist in tracking client approvals, Right-of-Way (ROW) clearances, and utility crossing permissions.

Office Administration & Operational Management
- Manage daily office operations, inventory, and record-keeping independently.
- Draft official business correspondence, client emails, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Oversee site expense logs, petty cash vouchers, fuel reimbursements, and operational accounts.
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of engineering drawings, soil investigation reports, and contract files.
