Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advocate with a strong background in real estate law to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters related to property transactions, compliance, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including sale deeds, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, MoUs, and other real estate contracts.
- Providing legal advice on property acquisitions, land due diligence, title verification, and development approvals.
- Managing litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate matters.
- Coordinating with external legal counsel,



government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable real estate laws, RERA, property registration, stamp duty, and municipal regulations.
- Advising management on legal risks and strategies for project execution.
- Maintaining legal records and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Handling customer-related legal issues and supporting the sales team in contract finalisation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
- Expecting a Minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience as a Legal Advocate in the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, real estate regulations (including RERA), and contract management.
- Robust experience in title search, due diligence, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
