Job Description:

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about education, student development, emotional well-being, life skills, and creating meaningful impact through institutional partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, sports academies, educational groups, and other youth-focused organizations to bring transformational programs to children and Teens.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Identify, prospect, and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, sports academies, educational groups, NGOs, other youth-focused institutions and parents communites.

∙Meet and engage with school owners, trustees, principals, directors, academic heads, counselors, and other institutional decision-makers.

∙Present and promote the Intuition Process and other Art of Living programs through consultative selling.

∙Generate institutional leads and convert them into long-term partnerships and successful program implementations.

∙Organize presentations, demonstrations,



orientation sessions, webinars, parent interactions, and awareness events.

∙Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders and key influencers.

∙Collaborate with program faculty and regional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of programs.

∙Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, follow-up schedule, and activity reports using CRM and other reporting tools.

∙Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual outreach, partnership, and enrollment targets.

∙Represent The Art of Living’s vision, values, and mission with professionalism, authenticity, and integrity.
