Educational Qualification
- Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent discipline.
Skilled Certification / Registration
- Active registration with a recognized National or International Professional Association / Institute.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification from a recognized national/international professional body.
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in infrastructure-related fields, including:
- Infrastructure Planning
- Design
- Construction
- Programme Management
Leadership Experience
- The candidate must have successfully led at least one Programme in a senior leadership capacity as:

- Project Director
- Project Leader
- Project Head
