About the Role

Trustiv is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

During the internship, you will work on real client hiring requirements and support day-to-day HR activities. This role is suitable for someone who wants to understand how recruitment and HR operations work in a real business setting.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes ownership of assigned work, communicates professionally, and can consistently complete tasks within deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring




- Screen resumes based on client job requirements.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for open positions.
- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic screening when required.
- Contact candidates and coordinate with them throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and recruitment updates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers accurately.

HR Operations
- Assist with HR documentation and administrative activities.
- Organize and maintain HR-related documents and records.
- Maintain and organize Google Drive folders.
- Update internal trackers and operational records.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
