Role Description
The Debt Manager (Dealer) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and monitoring debt portfolios, executing debt market transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize fund utilization and debt structures. The Debt Manager will track market movements,



analyze yields and spreads, and prepare regular reports and recommendations to support investment and financing decisions. Daily responsibilities include liaising with counterparties, handling documentation for debt instruments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with risk, treasury, and finance teams to maintain accurate records and support effective debt management strategies.
