Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase hospital revenue and patient footfall.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, consultants, clinics, nursing homes, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, government organizations, and institutional clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and referral channels to expand the hospital's market presence.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, CMEs, health camps, awareness programs, corporate health check-ups, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with clinical departments and consultants to promote specialty services and strengthen referral networks.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, patient referral patterns, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development, revenue, and patient acquisition targets.
- Prepare business development reports, referral analysis, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.




- Represent the hospital at healthcare conferences, networking events, corporate meetings, and industry forums.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

Preferred candidate profile
- Robust business development, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital operations, and referral ecosystem.
- Proven track record in generating business, increasing patient volumes, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead business growth initiatives.
- MBA in Marketing, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management
