Role Description
The Sales Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position focuses on generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for Huzzl.ai’s AI hiring solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets,



identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting outbound calls and emails, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inbound inquiries, and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead nurturing. The Specialist will also gather feedback from prospects, contribute to sales playbooks, and help refine messaging to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
