Roles & Responsiblity
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives and organic growth goals.
- Lead Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives.
- Conduct technical audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, sitemaps, redirects, and canonicalization.
- Drive keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Develop strategies to improve visibility across Google Search, Answer Engines, AI Overviews, and Generative AI platforms.
- Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and reporting tools.
- Manage client accounts, conduct regular client calls, and present SEO strategies, reports, and recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for account growth.
- Participate in client pitches, proposals, audits, and new business presentations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team,



ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with content, development, paid media, and other digital teams for integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search, AEO, GEO, and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEO reporting tools.
- Good understanding of E-E-A-T, AI search, entity SEO, and topical authority.
- Strong client coordination, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in client pitching, proposal creation, and new business presentations.
