About the Internship

Codepillars is looking for a Business Development Intern who is interested in IT services sales and wants to gain practical experience in client acquisition, lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and deal closure.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in selling technology services such as website development, web applications, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and other IT solutions.

This prospect is specifically for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience. Candidates without prior professional sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and generate potential clients for IT development services.
- Find relevant project opportunities through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Communicate with prospects professionally through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare appropriate proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
