Job Description :
- Handle product development activities for agrochemical, organic, bio and agricultural products.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Purchase, Quality and Marketing teams for product development.
- Support development and improvement of product packaging and product requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure product development activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, leaflets, banners and promotional content.
- Coordinate with external agencies for product-related audio/video and promotional activities.
- Maintain product development documentation and project records.
- Track project timelines, activities and development progress.
- Support product launch activities in coordination with Sales & Marketing.
- Suggest current product ideas and improvements based on market requirements.
- Provide induction and on-the-job training to new team members.
