*Job Purpose*

Willmount Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and manage the complete Sales and Marketing function.

The role will be responsible for leading two key teams:
- Sales Team – Customer Relations Executives responsible for enquiries, bookings, customer follow-up, conversions, and guest relationships.
- Marketing Team – Media Team responsible for social media, content, campaigns, branding, promotions, and digital presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room/resort bookings, revenue growth, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall business development for Willmount Resorts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Team Management – Customer Relations & Bookings
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Customer Relations Executive team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Monitor all enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, online platforms, and other channels.
- Ensure every enquiry is responded to promptly and professionally.




- Monitor the complete customer journey from enquiry to booking confirmation and post-stay follow-up.
- Develop strategies to improve enquiry-to-booking conversion rates.
- Track cancellations, follow-ups, lost leads, repeat customers, and referral business.
- Establish effective sales scripts, follow-up procedures, and customer handling standards.
- Handle key customers, corporate clients, group bookings, and high-value enquiries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling rooms, packages, food & beverage, events, and other resort services.
- Review daily sales reports and take corrective action where required.
- Train the sales team in communication, negotiation, customer service, and closing techniques.

2. Marketing Team Management – Media & Digital
- Lead and manage the Media/Marketing Team.
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Willmount Resorts.
