We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy travel, interacting with people and managing bookings to join our team as Travel Operations Interns.

Role Overview

As a Travel Operations Intern, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, WhatsApp bookings, customer details, payment confirmations, follow-ups and basic trip coordination.

You will be one of the primary points of contact between JollyDays Adventures and our customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & WhatsApp Management
- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp.
- Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
- Share trip details, itineraries, prices and inclusions.




- Explain pickup points, accommodation, food, transportation and activities.
- Answer customer questions regarding trips and bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers.

Booking Management
- Handle customer bookings through WhatsApp.
- Collect required customer information.
- Verify reservation/payment details.
- Update booking status in the company's Google Sheet/booking system.
- Maintain accurate passenger lists.
- Track confirmed, pending and cancelled bookings.

Customer Details Collection

Collect and maintain:
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Age
- Number of Seats
- Pickup Point
- Emergency Contact
- Payment/Reservation Status
- Special Requirements, if applicable

Payment & Booking Follow-Up
- Share official payment details provided by JollyDays Adventures.
- Verify payment screenshots/details.
- Follow up for pending reservation or balance payments.
- Ensure only confirmed and pai
