Senior Accessories Technician cum Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accessories Technician cum Supervisor to manage our installation floor. In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, handle complex electrical and non-electrical accessory installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure strict quality control before vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical & Electronic Installations

Expertly fit and wire advanced electrical accessories, including Infotainment systems, 360-degree camera systems, auto-folding mirror assemblies, steering wheel controls, ambient lighting, and audio upgrades.

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults or customer complaints regarding installed accessories.

Non-Electrical & Exterior/Interior Fitments

Supervise and perform installation of exterior and interior accessories, including spoilers, roof rails, side steps, seat covers, body kits, and sunshades.

Ensure precise fitment and damage-free installation on all customer vehicles.

Quality Control & Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)





Inspect every vehicle thoroughly after fitment to verify all requested parts are installed correctly.

Perform functional checks on all installed electronics and features prior to final customer handover.

Team Supervision & Operations

Assign daily work tasks to junior technicians based on delivery priorities and job complexity.

Train and mentor junior technicians on best installation practices, wiring techniques, and safety standards.

Manage floor workflow to ensure timely vehicle completion.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as an Automotive Accessories Technician with hands-on expertise in both 12V electrical systems and non-electrical body fitments. Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of car electronics, CAN bus systems, stereo/camera wiring, steering control mapping, and body accessory mounting.
