Role & responsibilities
- Good in Content development and PPT creation skills
- Should be comfortable in online offline both trainings
- Prior exposure to Handholding and managing OJT
- Driving business conversion and revenue
- Should have taken initiatives to make training more effective
and business improvement
- Should know how to do TNI
- Batch success rate should be good
- Should know how to create Info-graphics, one pager,
knowledge deck etc.
Preferred candidate profile
1) Should be a seasoned sales trainer
2) Field training experience preferred
3) comfortable in travelling
4) Should be positive in creating and understanding data report
