Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, billing/invoicing, and inventory management activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, billing software, and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales and purchase bills/invoices.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Manage inventory records, including stock inward, outward, and balance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock updates.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables/payables.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of bills, invoices, and accounting documents.
- Assist with GST-related billing and documentation.
- Prepare basic reports related to sales, purchases, inventory, and accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers,



and internal teams regarding billing and payment-related queries.
- Identify discrepancies in invoices, stock records, or accounting entries and resolve them promptly.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Billing & Invoicing.
- Valuable understanding of Inventory/Stock Management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Qualification
- B.COM / M.COM or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in Accounts + Billing + Inventory Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can independently manage billing, invoicing, inventory records, and routine accounting work with accuracy and minimal supervision

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per
