Role & responsibilities
- Teach basic to intermediate Hebrew to employees preparing to work in Israel.
- Focus on practical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Help candidates communicate confidently with employers, supervisors, and colleagues.
- Train candidates on everyday and workplace Hebrew relevant to their job roles.
- Introduce basic Israeli culture, workplace etiquette, and common communication practices.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, assessments, and mock conversations.
- Track candidate progress and provide feedback to improve their language skills.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are ready for deployment.
