Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC + Payroll Consultant
Experience: 5-10 years
Location: PAN India
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll solutions
- Configure employee data, org structure, and workflows
- Manage payroll processes (earnings, deductions, compliance)
- Integrate EC with Payroll systems
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations (Blueprint Go-live Support)
- Handle testing, UAT, and production support
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Time Management
