About the Role

We are looking for an experienced New Client Acquisition Lead to drive new B2B customer acquisition, business development, export market expansion, and strategic growth. The candidate will be responsible for independently building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and converting opportunities into sustainable business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

Identify and acquire recent B2B customers across target industries.

Develop relationships with OEMs, EPC companies, industrial customers, and institutional buyers.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting.

Drive new customer acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.

2. Export Business Development

Identify and develop new international markets.





Build relationships with distributors, channel partners, and overseas customers.

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.

Coordinate with internal teams on export compliance, documentation, and logistics requirements.

3. Strategic Market Expansion

Conduct market mapping, industry research, and competitor analysis.

Identify new sectors, geographies, and business opportunities.

Recommend effective market-entry strategies.

Identify new applications and business opportunities for existing products.

4. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Independently generate qualified leads without depending on the Digital Marketing team.

Source prospects through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, exhibitions, industry associations, referrals, and market intelligence.

Identify and connect with key decision-makers.

Own the complete prospecting cycle from lead identification → qualification → opportuni
