Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our grocery retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales growth, inventory management, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth store operations while maintaining company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Monitor store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display standards.
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.

Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.




- Monitor key retail KPIs such as basket size, conversion rate, and customer footfall.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase sales.

Inventory Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
- Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Reduce wastage, shrinkage, and expired product losses.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.

Team Management
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for team development.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.

Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
