About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and confident Back Office Executive to manage the day-to-day office and profile-related work at Shubbh Maangal Matrimonial Services.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in managing matrimonial profiles, maintaining data, coordinating with parents, and keeping our daily operations organised.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain matrimonial profile data accurately
- Manage profiles and information on Google Sheets
- Handle data entry, documentation and day-to-day back-office work
- Coordinate with parents/candidates over phone and WhatsApp regarding profiles and information
- Follow up for missing details, photos, biodatas and other profile requirements
- Organise and maintain profile records systematically
- Assist in preparing, formatting and sharing profiles/biodatas
- Use MS Office, Canva and basic AI tools/systems for daily work
- Ensure that profiles and information are handled carefully and confidentially




- Coordinate the daily workflow and make sure assigned tasks are completed on time

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate with good communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and Canva
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, online tools and basic AI systems
- Valuable English communication – written and spoken
- Accurate, organised and responsible
- Comfortable speaking with parents and candidates professionally
- Someone who can take ownership of work and manage tasks independently

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
