Sails Software Inc. is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer II to build enterprise-grade agentic systems and AI solutions for clients. The role requires robust hands-on expertise in AI agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable agentic AI solutions.
•Develop multi-agent workflows for business process automation.
•Lead implementation of RAG and knowledge retrieval systems.
•Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and business systems.
•Drive prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
•Optimize latency, cost, and model performance.
•Mentor junior engineers.
•Participate in technical design reviews and solution architecture discussions.
•Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
