Key Responsibilities :
- Attend customers at the allocated site.
- Give a detailed presentation about the project.
- Resolve customer queries if any.
- Maintaining transparency in communication with the customers, so as to push the deal towards booking.
- Working towards achieving the monthly target.
- Build & promote long lasting relationships with the clients to expand the referral network.
Job Requirements :
- Solid knowledge of residential sales, commercial sales, property acquisition, and real estate.
- Proficient in using sales promotion techniques to generate leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
