About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer experienced in microservices and event-driven architectures using C#/.NET Core to join our innovative development team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and dynamic React-based frontends, while leveraging cutting-edge AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development. Your role will also cover container orchestration using Kubernetes (on-prem & Azure cloud), event streaming with Kafka, and secure API integrations with Ping, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years experience in backend development using C#/.NET Core with robust microservices and event-driven architecture knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes deployment, management on both on-prem and Azure environments.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging/event-stream platforms.
- Proficiency with API security frameworks:



Ping, Okta, MS Entra ID.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of modern application performance monitoring and logging systems such as Elastic, Dynatrace, and Azure APM.
- Ability to use AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) productively to accelerate development.
- Strong asynchronous programming including async/await patterns.
- Comfortable with Git workflows branching, pull requests, code reviews.
- Understanding of middleware configuration, JWT authentication, and best API practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting production issues.
- Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset.
